Terms of service

Trailerful is a brand operated by Magal Tech Inc. ('we', 'us').

This page describes how the shop works today.

• Reserve first. Group-buy items can only be reserved. You reserve with a WhatsApp-capable phone number; email and name are optional, and no account is needed.
• No charge at reservation. Your card is not charged when you reserve.
• Payment when the group fills. When a group reaches its target, each reserver is sent a payment link with a personal code and a payment deadline (48 hours unless stated otherwise for that group). If payment is not made by the deadline, your spot may be released to the next person on the waitlist.
• Pickup or delivery. At the payment step you choose free pickup or delivery. Delivery is priced by postal code; where it shows as "to be confirmed", card payment is not available until it is confirmed.
• Cancelling. You can view or cancel your reservation at any time through the private link you received when you reserved.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled manually by us.
